Hotel Taj Garden Retreat was a bungalow with a beautiful garden, built by an English man, Henry Baker, on the banks of the Vembanad Lake. Hotel maintains the beauty of its rustic surroundings and known as the little jewel of Kumarakom. Hotel offers all the modern living facilities but still retaining the traditional old style.
