Hotel Description
Tiger Tops Tented Camp is the pioneer wildlife safari lodge of Nepal and Asia. Tiger Tops is located in the heart of Nepal’s premier Chitwan National Park, a world heritage site and provides sensible comfort and skilled staff to ensure the finest wildlife safaris in Asia today.
It is bounded by the River Reu Nepal.
Accommodation
It has 12 comfortable safari tents with twin and double bed. The safari tents has attached bamboo bathroom with toilet, basin and shower with hot water. Besides, torches, umbrella and an information folder are provided which is equipped with lanterns.
Restaurants
& Bar
There is a thatched central Gol Ghar, the heart of Tiger Tops Tented Camp with a central fireplace dining hall and fully stocked bar with range of local and imported drinks. Meals are served here and follow a similar style to that of Tiger Tops Jungle Lodge. At Tiger Tops Tented Camp individual interests are encouraged and programmes are designed after discussion with every guest. For full day safaris, the Tented Camp kitchen will supply a hearty picnic.
Facilities & Services
To maximize arm-chair wildlife sightings, there is a raised viewing platform outside the Gol Ghar where one can sit with a cold drink watching rhinoceros and sometimes even the impressive Gaur or Indian Bison grazing on the grasslands below. Complimentary snacks are served with drinks each evening. The bar stays open till the last guest retires to bed.
There is a small library of light reading and some reference materials for guest while at the camp.
