Raju Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer
Raju Ahmed has over 30 years experience in the travel industry. He is the president of Exotic Journeys, one of the most recognizable names in the industry. He is the Managing Director of Fantasy Holidays Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi (India) a Government of India recognized tour agency. Having earned an MBA from Bombay University, Mr. Ahmed has traveled around the world and brings unparallel in-depth firsthand knowledge of the destinations EJI serves. He is a recognizable name and force in the luxury tours and travels business originating from North America to the Indian Sub-continent. Under Raju Ahmed’s stewardship, and since the inception of Exotic Journeys, the company has been in a positive cash flow mode with increasing revenues each fiscal year for the past 25 years. Raju therefore feels that due to the growing business and industry demands, the transition towards an online tours and travel portal from the current brick and mortar enterprise has therefore become an absolute necessity.

Rajan Ahmad, Vice President, IT
Rajan Ahmad is known throughout the industry as a pioneer in user application services technologies. He continually produces breakthrough ideas that have high business impact. His work has consistently enabled organizations to gain operational efficiency, resilience, and agility with their business systems. Prior to founding Red Rabbit Software, he was the CTO at go Reader Corporation, an eBook company, where he was responsible for design and development of the first eBook services development and deployment platforms. Prior to that, he was Software Architect of the Advanced Architecture Group at Comdisco Disaster Recovery Systems.

Rajan received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Queen's College, University of Cambridge, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi.

Usha Gaikwad, Executive Vice President, Finance
Usha is a graduate in finance from University of Pune, India. She has over 25 years of experience in tourism industry.
